People don’t want to see uninteresting replies and casts.

Best way to solve for that is weight historical inbound engagement for a user, i.e. PageRank-like score for every user.

Disproportionally hurts new accounts. Making it harder to get started.

I think this is fair for some who don't have much to say. But also, limiting those who are promoting projects they like or artists they like shouldn't be lost. Posts literally trying to just get tipped on relevant projects make sense. 

Some of us won't ever be noticed and some of us are okay with that.
