Some Warpcast messages aren't being published to Hubs on time. 

This issue is narrow (only affects a small number of messages) but has been going on for a while for a while. 

This is the top priority for us to solve and we're heads down on it. Will post updates 2x a day until resolved.

It is making it not usable….sad…cause I like 🎭

Last I heard they were working on a fix. I have been finding another cast from the user I’m trying to tip and usually it works but not always.
