getting an m1 ipad & 2nd gen pencil was one of the best decisions i’ve ever made; potentially even best $500 i’ve ever spent i originally thought it was a bit gimmicky & that id probably only use it selectively but i use this thing all day, everyday >journaling more than ever before >todo list is insanely well organize >desk is clutter free of legal pads & post its >todo list & daily calendar accessible from tiny little third monitor via stage manager >note taking over documents is a god send for research & even dev notes >creating art without any other tools >don’t read any news or emails on phone anymore would recommend

since getting one, i have replaced ALL my school notebooks with “goodnotes”, all my school books with “e-books” and have been able to push my photography to the next level using procreate! 10/10 would recommend. would not recc the 400$ keyboard, and if u are trying to save an extra buck, a used apple gen2 pencil on fb marketplace works just the same!

I think a $200 tablet also does the same thing.
