imagine having 300k followers on an app that has less than 30K DAU 💀 

this is a new user deterrent; i’ve talked about this before too 

would be good to wipe the bots from follower counts 

what would you think if you were new here & saw an outsized number of accounts with 50,000+ followers getting 1-5 likes per post?

you’d think this place is a ghost town

yappin in /midwits & creating idle rpg /animarising

wouldn’t be the first time my follower count purged

my follower count went through many metas
1. exposed Leaderboard reply-guy to 1k
2. hidden auto-follow list 1k-10k
3. removed from auto-follow list as people popped 10-50k
4. explicitly added to be re-added and was, cruise to 135k
5. auto-follow removed, crawl from 135-140k
