i started at $3, then $25, and now it's $49 for my recast

it presented a weird conundrum, where at $3 i would un-cast if i didn't like it

at $25 i also wanted to un-cast, but they paid $25 so that's not good

so it has to be enough money that i don't want to uncast it. or, if i do, i have to pay it back to the buyer

@phil i'd actually like the ability to accept or decline the recast tbh
