it appears “just for fun” was all but a legal shield

i have been very vocal about points one & two here as i believe they’re the first two steps needed to ignite the flywheel

i’ve also talked about points 3 & 4 in the past & think they’re good steps forward

it will come down to luck, timing & splits

imo this out-positions zora relative to competition; it will now come down to incentives re creators, collectors & net-new users

if they can tune that properly they should have a good shot at sustainable network effects (again; only if they can incentivize correctly)

overall these are good updates in the right direction; excited to see competitor responses

Much better. Maybe they purposely made the token so bad originally, that any announcement following that provided some utility would be such a huge perceived upgrade.
