basil’s bruschetta

-roasted red peppers 
-sun dried tomatoes
-shallots 
-crushed walnuts
-calabrian hot peppers 
-dried oregano, parsley, basil
-garlic powder 
-crumbled reggiano

>soak mixture in good evoo over night or longer to taste  
>throw in pasta with some butter or as is on any toasted bread or chip

i added some maldon flakes & it was immaculate

this sounds delicious. 

the reggiano and some flake salt would cut through the acidity nicely. 

Calabrian chilis and great evoo really the secret here
