Can anyone point me towards Warpcast’s source code for the automatic wallet creation when signing up via the app?

Also, can the code work on web apps as well? Or is this mobile only?

Warpcast mobile app isn’t open source.

Wallet creation is as simple as generating  a private key. viem can help with this.

There are multiple ways to go about this with passkeys. You can use a passkey as an "API key" to a private key stored elsewhere (e.g. passkeys.dynamic.xyz) or can use Large Blog to store the seed phrase (or a share in MPC) with the passkey.
