So rad. Something I've been wondering about passkey-protected wallets: are users are out of luck if they lose access to whatever device or password app is managing the passkey?

Passkeys are by definition backed up to Google password manager, iCloud etc, so you’re good even if you lose your device

I'm not sure this is accurate, mate. This is what I'm seeing here in passkey settings: `chrome://settings/passkeys`

Sorry you’re right - to clarify - you can set up the passkey modal in a way that it only allows cross devices - QR code, iCloud, yubikey. If you save it in chrome I don’t think it syncs across devices

What do you define as the service provider here?

what if you get de-platformed by the service provider [not the pkey storer, to be clear]?
