For lunch today, I had mushroom chige ramen at a restaurant in Aibetsu Town. Aibetsu is famous for its mushrooms, so the ramen came with lots of maitake mushrooms. The chige had a soft, flavorful, and moderately spicy soup, and it felt like I was eating hot pot.
