is "Hide" cast action the same thing as "Uncurate" in automod settings? cc @jtgi

Create permissions for whoever you like and use cast actions.

Grab cast action install links from:
a. (new) Open up your moderators permissions and use the link.
b. Search for 'automod' in https://warpcast.com/~/discover-actions
