Farcaster

the /farcaster channel is a bit of a mess. 

- all new warpcast users follow it 
- people keep posting in there because it guarantees engagement
- that makes the channel followers home feeds low signal

i'd like to enforce some norms to make it useful again. if you subscribe to it, what do you think they should be?

Raising ✋ to mod the channel, already super active with /tabletop and /gaming

- Remove airdrop/mint/recast spam
- ban offenders
- comment and recast quality  content

New content:
- polls 
- shoutout cool FC projects   like /farcastles and /outcasts 
- callouts to protocol discussion on GH

4. Cost 100 warps to post root cast and 10 warps to comment (payable with degen?)
