got a goal of hitting 25 reps at 225 lb bench press inspired by NFL combine been doing progressive overload training for a while and it seems to be working usually warm up with 135 lbs then go straight to 225 for max reps, and increase weight by 5-10 lbs from there (lower reps) a little sloppy but here's 16 reps
