doing my best to stay consistent. I already know it will be a lot harder for me to keep up for the month I’m in Ukraine, it always happens. but this time, I’m really gonna try to stick to my routine 💪

Yeah, that’s what I normally try, but it’s harder for me to commit to it because my mental health in Ukraine is usually shit, I never get enough sleep at night due to constant air raid alerts and having to go to the bomb shelter, and our aid deliveries to the frontlines are stressful too and affect me for days after we return. so I struggle to motivate myself to do anything at all, but this time I’ll try.

Maybe you should put together a bodyweight routine you can do anyplace just in case?
I did one for a while they really work.
