Improvements for muted keywords and users

- If you add $ as a mute, you'll mute *all* casts with tokens

- If you add $token as a mute, it will mute casts with that specific token

- If you mute a user, you'll also mute casts that mention them, e.g. anon accounts or token deploying accounts

I tried muting people yesterday and still didn’t work for me as I’m seeing their posts on my feed, so had to unfollow, but hope it starts working soon 😅
