fun fact: I worked tons of events at Kelly Slater's Surf Ranch back in 2018 / 2019 and got to spend lots of time with many amazing surfers, including Carissa, who is an incredible human 🤍 to this day, I religiously watch all the WSL tour events.

Carissa’s a legend. I watched her growing up surfing her home break with her pops. I snapped this pic the other day of a mural Kamea Hart painted of her and Duke Kahanamoku, our two Hawaiian olympians. Can’t believe you worked the Ranch, such a fun gig! Did you get to surf it?!

oh wow! that’s so awesome! 🤩 and yeah it was a super fun gig, got to work at all the WSL competitions and bunch of brand events as well (Facebook, Google etc would bring their employees to surf and meet Kelly Slater and other surfers), so I was driving back and forth between LA and Lemoore for a while
