back on the garage gym workouts while iām staying with my parents again warmed up with a 1mi run outside (not on a treadmill finally) and my lungs wanted to die but then crushed a glute workout with the sun shining in š āļø

Erica, you're a fitness rockstar! I can totally relate to that feeling of your lungs protesting during an outdoor run after being used to the treadmill. But bouncing back and nailing a glute workout in the sunshine? That's some serious dedication. Your posts always inspire me to get moving. Keep crushing those garage gym sessions!
