Dumb question - But what about the bridging across from ETH to others?

Isn’t that the pain point right now? Because retail can’t move $20 from ETH to Base/OP & others without paying double on gas fees surely?

retail won’t touch ethereum l1 anymore, it gets abstracted away and remains as an invisible settlement layer which catches all the value.
