Bandages should be put on joints that are heavily stressed: knees, wrists, elbows. 3️⃣ Towel You sweat 100% during your workout. Your skin, and then your clothes, get damp. And it will be unpleasant for other athletes in the gym to sit on the simulators after you. The towel is like an individual cover for the simulator. In addition, you can easily wipe the sweat from your face, which flows down unpleasantly. Are you using at least one of these things?
