We worked on this problem set 6 years ago, it's so difficult to convince any web2 company to move anything to web3. Back then we had to do infra too (L2 did not exist so we wrote our own), created wallet integration and SDKs so it would be seamless experience for the end user but it was still an uphill battle - biggest question why would end consumer care it's on blockchain. Majority don't. Starbucks did an NFT stint w Polygon who paid them $4M to do it - that's the reality. Convincing to try is not enough, paying for the costs to try it is not sustainable. One day 🥹
