Farcaster is starting to lose traction, and the recent change in groups seems to have had a negative impact on activity. The inability to post in a group has filtered out some of the engagement. The onboarding cost is also another major barrier.

We knew this could happen. The recent changes in group settings and the initial setup costs were always potential barriers. The key now is to find ways to regain momentum and improve visibility for new users.
