I've been looking at a small cap homebuilder for some time called Landsea Homes Corp ($LSEA). Trades at 0.7x book value and an 11x P/E. Thesis here is shortage of housing in the US + eventually declining interest rates + consolidation in the housing sector (i.e. $LSEA could be an acq target)
