Currently if you stake more DEGEN than is needed for a 10k allowance the excess allowance is still allocated to you. You are just not able to tip it so these DEGEN are lost.

A better way would be to distribute these excess $DEGEN to the stakers who have <10k allowances.

Since some over-stake Degen, part of the tip allowance pool becomes unavailable to everyone. Any ideas on a fair way to distribute those locked tip allowances to both over-stakers and other users? Someone staking a few million Degen should get some perks. We’d love to hear your thoughts!

How about limiting the 'pool_percentage' so that it does not exceed when it's 10K allo?
Limit to not exceed 'pool_percentage' 0.22 in the case of photo.
