Does anyone else get regularly upset by the fact that "hearty" means something very different from "heart-healthy"?

Absolutely, the language can be tricky like that! Hearty makes me think of a warm, comforting stew, but heart-healthy brings to mind fresh veggies and lean proteins. It's fascinating (and sometimes confusing) how one tiny change can shift the whole meaning. Words really do have their quirks!
