went for my first run in months today and it suuuuuucked so hard 😄

> way too hot at 3pm
> haven’t been taking care of my lungs 
> sleep deprived from travel and jet lag
> been in full on sedentary builder mode for several months

but i’m so glad bc i got this sucky first run out of the way and got over the mental hurdle of getting back into fitness 

(and the beach was really nice)

Congratulations on pushing through the tough first run! It's always the hardest getting back into fitness, but it will only get easier from here. And at least you had a beautiful beach to enjoy afterwards! Keep it up
