I did rebalance some of the AI decision-making. Most obvious updates are that it won’t move until the player does — and it’s less afraid to target player planets if they’re good targets. 

Also, AI now evolves on a time interval (like it always has) and additionally +1 level per round the player completes.

Thank you! Great game. I was surprised when playing in the tournament because the game felt different than the last time I played it, which was about when the game was released. A few maps are really challenging!
