Sometimes /success is just getting out of bed. It you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or fatigued, remember that you donβt always have to be at 100%. You are allowed to rest. You are allowed to take a break. You are allowed a mental health day, a Netflix binge, etc. you are allowed to just be. The most successful people on the world know when to take a vacation and give themselves a reset. You can take a day if you need it.
