i don't think you need much skill at all. every single one of the fan tokens i bought early on are up 2x minimum, and the ones i've bought recently are already up exponentially. i think you just need to make conviction plays. buy people you know are active, who aren't going anywhere, and bonus if they're also casting about moxie and understand the game being played.

I’ve been steadily working my way up there just buying people who I’ve considered to be now become my friends I would say. Less so the folks at the top of the leaderboard.  I’ve actually been able to comfortably interact with most. Albeit there are some truly ridiculous buys I’ve made.  Being honest 🤷🏾‍♀️
