If you're a "don't tread on me" (aka "no step on snek") person, I think you have to morally barbell it with "no step on snel"

Ie. in addition to being fiercely independent and not wanting others to trespass your boundaries, you also ought to be mindful and conscious to not step on fragile creatures (respect yin)

Keen to notice how many people will decimate others for the right to be free, and ultimately, not have anyone tread on them.
