absolute no-brainer in principle but i think 10k is far too little tbh. if you think this is a good level though how about something like lock 10k every month (unlocks after 3 months)

@cyrus , Iโm fairly convinced that my lack of a power badge is going to not make this visible in Warpcast, so I am mentioning you in my reply to you to see if it helps any. Bare with me.๐ So my first thought is to ask: Do you think that 75 dollars USD a month is worth it to have an allowance? If we were to use current pricing rates 10k is somewhere in the realm of 70 to 75 dollars. Second thought, why would you suppose that 10k is too little? It sounds like A: there are tiers, and B: jacek may be looking for the most viable path of longevity. Which is why you end up with 10k versus 5, or 100. If you want to (I could be wrong here) have onboarding into this community, without the inevitable โrich get richerโ that is coming with this change, boxing a majority out may not end well. 300 $degen

Exactly. Most people donโt wanna spend $5 to sign up for a social media app to begin with. Let alone spend more to have an allowance while trying to grind every day to get a power badge in order to be seen on here. This is just going to turn ppl away faster. 69 $KAT

I feel you on the lack of PB and not being heard situation ๐ I strongly agree with you here. We have to keep the bigger picture in mind - raising the minimum DEGEN higher, excludes more people. I think the 10k min. DEGEN is a perfect balance where it holds some weight but also, doesn't exclude too many people. I'm pretty sure you're right in saying that, the goal here is to onboard as many people into the community as possible. Being that this space is relatively new and the average person is far from comfortable when it comes to crypto/web3, we need it to be as accessible as possible to achieve that goal. Cheers! 5 $degen
