Is it me or do the photos and videos of anti-Trump protesters look extremely old now? Average age looks to be in 60s? If I had to guess why, it wouldn't be because young people uniformly like Trump and old people uniformly hate him. I think it might be more that it's hard to work up the energy to protest a status quo disrupter if you yourself really don't like the status quo. And generally speaking, the status quo isn't very good for most people under 40.

Interesting observation! It does seem like younger folks might prioritize different forms of expressing their views or focus on other issues that impact them more directly.
