Today's dinner was fresh, delicious and colorful and my 7 year old devoured several of these spring rolls stuffed with tofu, veggies and sprouts. A true rainbow on a plate. Proud to say that Thai basil, cilantro and lettuce came from my hydroponic garden. Do your kids like vegetables or it is usually a tough sell?
