Surely someone on Telegram has tried to scam you but maybe you don't know that this type of scam very often comes from scammers trained on real farms. This phenomenon is known as "Pig Butchering Scam". Scammers try to become friends with the victims and then propose investments on scam platforms and similar. These organizations even have physical offices and often the local authorities can't do anything (sometimes they are corrupt). The main farms: -Shwe Kokko (Near Thailand) -Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone (Laos) -Sihanoukville and Bavet (Cambodia) -Clark Freeport Zone (Philippines) -Northern Thailand The key points are: -Training: scammers are trained on how to manipulate victims, how to build trust. -Organized Structure: these groups often function like companies, with an internal hierarchy, working hours and goals to achieve. -Use of Technology: sophisticated software is used to create fake websites (investment) and maintain the appearance of legitimacy. Stay safu!
