Why dismiss Nouns? Beyond the "status" game, is the only NFT project with an open source global brand and real builders creating impactful projects. Art, software, IRL events, music, games, community. I understand cryptopunks, boredapes, etc, are a great store of value. But Nouns is waaaay more aligned to onboard new users into Ethereum and Web3 governance. ⌐◨-◨ What's the point of having value stored in a NFT if there's nothing being built by and for everyday users. Even though I don't have enough ETH to buy a Noun yet. I am able to build with Nouns, get funding, create impact in my local community of Guatemala City and onboard new people to wallets, farcaster, Zora and rodeo. What is more valuable? Builders or Status?

This broke my brain a bit. Chart shows a typical $500K mortgage at 8% fixed. You’re mostly paying interest for decades. Equity only kicks in the last 7–10 years. Total paid: ~$1.2M. Interest alone: ~$700K. I get its pros but levering up into an illiquid asset in a post-ZIRP world .. ?? Pls help me make sense why this is sold as the safe and very normal thing to do.

Interesting to think about positive sum games and network effects for FLOWS: Flows is great to find builder who can execute on small amounts of $ If more money and collaboration can be allocated to proven builders, I'd love to see a kind of "Investment Thesis/hackathon" to promote collaboration. Let's say you want to gather all beach cleaners of Mexico to collaborate to build tech, events, products, marketing, etc. Opening a call to collaborate with other flows builders with the potential upside of more funding makes sense to me.
