I guess VC and Nouns might be similar as a source of funding for tech startups/projects. However, the VC fund managers gotta create high quality deal flow of startups and then make offers to invest and then sell their stake to generate returns. It's literally a fiduciary duty to give money back to Limited Partners of the fund in around 10 years. On the other hand, Nouns virtuous cycle develops software/brand initiatives to promote Nouns and attract new fans and buyers. I guess we can think of stages for NOUNISH builders as well. The needs of growth stage projects are way different than early stage ones. If anything, I'd love to see some sort of Hackathon or Investment Thesis, from Nouns or Flows to allocate funding to specific hypothesis or needs. Example: "This USDC amount will be allocated to 10 nounish builders in X region creating Y projects and Z impact. " This approach might boost builders who have already shown execution capabilities and long term impact.

we can setup some hypothesis funding via flows if you have ideas for what types of projects / builders we should fund! i like that nouns flywheel just builds more nounish things, vs. VC returns are mostly given back to LPs
