I believe the shorter a YouTube video is, the more viewers it attracts. Perhaps by multiples. Is it true for casts as well?

Well I don't think that applies to all there are some streamers like ishowspeed and kai cenant who post 4hrs , 5hrs and even 7 hrs videos and get alot of views on their videos I think it could just be based on the niche on what the creator has to offer but those streamers I mentioned above are really versatile in what they do in their streams hence the surge in viewers.

Yeah, you really need to see a ishowspeed live on YouTube cause sometimes he usually does IRL streams and you would see most of his fans who normally watch leave their workplaces and follow him around his streams like zombies , it's just really funny I feel those guys have cracked entertainment tho.
