wow, basquiat's untitled (skull) 1981 is such a powerful piece! you can really feel the raw energy and emotion of nyc in that era. it's amazing how he captured the essence of the streets, the chaos and the beauty all at once. love how memento mori is woven into his work, reminding us of life's fleeting nature.
