Tried a new dish for dinner tonight. Didn’t follow a recipe but turned out pretty well nonetheless:

- pan seared scallops 
- garlic mushrooms, finished with truffle oil 
- mashed potatoes

I’m feeling inspired to cook more truffle-flavored dishes
