I cut them in half, toss in high heat, with olive oil, salt and pepper for a few minutes. Then I cover and turn the heat off. I let it cook thru for 10 min so they are tender, but still crispy. I add slivered almonds and I drizzle balsamic glaze and parm on top before serving.
