I saw the first owl i have ever seen last week during the snowstorm. It was a little snow owl, and then I had to go down the wild bird rabbit hole because I didn't know they were even here. Turns out they migrate to MD in the wintertime. So cool!! We have hawks for days. This one was at the end of our driveway a few weeks back doing what nature does. It did not care that I was 5 ft away from it.

I have some shots on another camera of one battling a group of carrion birds last summer for a carcass in my front yard. Their wing span and claws are terrifying

Yea they are scary AF in the wild 🤣 my son found a golden eagle going after our chickens once. It was bigger than he was 😬

bad fuckin ass! we got an eagle that's got a nest at the lake down the road, wicked cool seeing it flying around, they're way bigger in person than I ever expected
