You make a white sauce (bechamel?) with butter/flour/milk, then add strong cheddar to make a cheese sauce. Include some strong mustard and maybe a dash or Worchestershire sauce. Then you pour it over pre-boiled, drained cauliflower chunks and bake it for about half an hour till the cheese is bubbly. 🤤

I don't think I had it, looks very yummy! I was planning to go for lunch today at the Nepalese restaurant close to me, I'll see what they have to offer with cauliflower, might be a good inspiration as well.
