It’s been 1 month since launching the /success /hypersub channel and in that short time, I’ve learned a lot. Managing a large decentralized group is a lot more work than I anticipated! Here are a couple of things I’ve learned: - Make a plan before you start. Even if it’s a loose one. Going in without a plan can lead to a lot of wasted time and energy. - Find strong leaders early on. Without a team to help you steer the ship, it can be super chaotic trying to manage a growing group of people. - Prepare communication channels outside of Warpcast. Group chat is not conducive to a large active community. It works great for small groups, but not when you have hundreds of people trying to communicate. - Establish clear rules of conduct and group norms early on and enforce them regularly. People will run you over if you let them. That’s all I’ve got, for now. I am so grateful for the overwhelming support I’ve received so far and I am so excited for the future we are building as a community.

Words that are golden. I see what you say here from the side, the rapid growth is immensely challenging... The moment we passed the 150 people it's longer in a get to know ya basis.. I bet you didn't think it will grow so fast

Not at all. I didn't expect to be approaching 300 members at the 1 month mark, but I'm super grateful that I am. I think it shows that people want this kind of thing. Going to keep trying to make it a valuable experience for everyone.
