What influence (if any) does lower user transaction fees have on “consumer user” activity on OP Chains? Likely could start by comparing time periods with low L1 gas prices versus high L1 gas prices, post-Bedrock (modern fee model). Consumer = humans pressing buttons on a website, not bots

Alright, some quick analysis of Base shows that active wallets start to drop steeply at around maximum 40 gwei (L1 gas price) when transacting on Base. We can also see that median transaction frequency for a given wallet is highest around 10-15 gwei. https://dune.com/queries/3459267/5813802

I'm curious to how responsive to spikes this is. The few times I've looked at it for other chains, the behaviour was really non-uniform across chains, but I was mostly focused on crazy fee surges.
