Yesterday I had a 3-hour long online meeting. At the end, I was totally exhausted, and had a strong headache. 

I really don’t understand the need of such long meetings. We listen and discuss for such a long time and don’t get anything done…

I hope today it goes smoother.

Hear you. The problem is most jobs these days are always top down affairs. At least that is my impression from experience. Despite creativity being bandied about, most of it seems like lip service. Performative because it sounds appealing. 😕

I think it can be good if it is a collaboration for something more creative. Then we need time to exchange and create together.
