This week of vacation has been nothing but a nightmare. I had so many plans: time to escape, to breathe, to feel alive, but instead, my back decided to keep me trapped. I’ve spent most of the days at home, overwhelmed by the kind of pain that drains not just your body but your spirit too.

I feel defeated. Watching the days I’d been looking forward to for so long just slip away, unable to do anything, has left me frustrated and angry. There’s no way to sugarcoat it, this week has been pure misery, and all I want is for the pain to stop. Right now, it just feels unbearable.

Sorry to hear about this. Back pain sucks. The last time it took me down was in Barcelona. Was sleeping on the floor and taking pain killers. That did help even though prefer to not take them.

Thank you so much for your kind words. Back pain really is the worst. It just takes over everything. For me, the pain gets even worse when I walk on flat surfaces or stand for too long. Sometimes I even get stuck in a position, and trying to move again is so painful it feels like I’m seeing stars. I hope I bounce back soon, and I really appreciate your well wishes!
