I find this to be untrue. To paraphrase popular X poster Roon, most of what is thought of is alpha is levered beta. To pursue your true self, real alpha, takes a lot of courage — and is very lonely, too. Your world shrinks; you are often scorned

I don’t find it to be untrue. How would you ever know if you aren’t courageous enough to find out for yourself. Your life shrinking? Your life expanding? It’s all okay. It shouldn’t stop you from still wanting. Does this make sense?

Yes it does make sense! And I don’t mean to discourage bravery. In the end we all walk our own path
