Very simple, to build capacity for enjoying/appreciating every moment of life (good and bad), for fulfilling the time with meaning is the most satisfactory thing in the world. This is just internal peace, a kind of symbolic Garden of Eden that we can build in order to appreciate life and all the shades of it to the maximum. 

WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A MAN?
Reliability and consistency, also very important to have spine and stand by human values that he believes in, at the same time to have openness and capacity to understand the opposite points of view without tribal reaction (us vs them), it is a golden ratio kind of thing

WHAT QUALITY DO YOU APPRECIATE MOST IN A WOMAN?
Ability to shine, support fellow human beings without manipulative tendencies and self realized personalities who know what they want and pursue the uplifting ideals
