question - can stateless clients can create new vector of centralization around proof generation? (so you get very strong safety properties, but liveness is actually weaker than today because generating proofs is much harder than being a block proposer)

Got it. So builders are already a centralization point with return to scale so no issue loading them with proof generation

Good question - It stands on the shoulders of PBS. Builders will have no problem generating the proofs
