1/4 Exciting to see the $DEGEN community and Farcaster discussing moderation. While some worry about adding moderation, it’s actually a chance to build a unique, unbiased system unlike any other social platform. Open data is Farcaster’s strength, but we need to ensure algorithms are also transparent and neutral.

I believe that if an open and fair community is being built here, moderation is necessary only in the generally accepted sense, i.e. content containing personal insults, threats to society, incitement, terrorism, pornography and the like should be moderated (deleted/banned). Not all Warpcast users have the opportunity to physically constantly upload high-quality content (which one is it?) content. And where will the line be drawn between high quality content (what does this mean/criteria?) and the content to be moderated (again, what does this mean/criteria)? Will the impartiality of the decisions made on the removal of content be guaranteed?

More I think about modding more I don't understand what is quality content and what is no. And I agree with you, that not all of us have that much time to make trillions of useless jpg 24/7 or not smart enough to make good apps... But does that mean that such users don't deserve to get some tips too? I mean, they literally bought degen with real money to get into this tipping system...
