We just shipped an update to the /build Weekly Budget formula.

After analyzing the noms data from week #1, we decided to:

1. Decrease the importance of BUILD Committed 
2. Increase the weight of the Builder Score
3. Introduce a penalty for users without a Human Checkmark
4. Introduce a penalty for very low Builder Scores

Some people will see their budget increase, others will see it decrease.
For example, my weekly budget decreased +1K points.

Next week we will repeat the process and analyze the data again.

But if a builder genuinely has low builder score then penalty upon that builder is totally unfair!
I got introduced to this platform hardly 1.5-2 months back. No matter what I did my builder score is still low so being charged with the penalty is going to be too disappointing.
You guys need to find a solution for this!
